A semi-truck crash about five miles south of Albany caused heavy delays on both northbound and southbound Interstate 5 for several hours Wednesday afternoon. As of 4 p.m. Wednesday, it had been resolved. According to the Oregon Department of Transportation, the southbound median and at least one lane of traffic was directly impacted by the crash. Tripcheck reported delays between 20 minutes and two hours. Slowing stretched from south of Tangent Drive north into Albany.
