Traffic is slow on Interstate 5 southbound, 10 miles south of Albany, due to "police action," according to a news release from the Oregon Department of Transportation. The slow lane of traffic is closed and the closure could extend for a few hours, ODOT said. ODOT is asking drivers to slow down and move over for emergency vehicles. This story will be updated.
