This place deserves no stars. It used to be a by the hour "inn", still should be. Rude staff and the bedbug problem being reported? The staff ask for the room number where there was a bug problem, are you kidding me? If bedbugs are in one room they're in all the rooms. Where is the health department? Also I don't expect to leave a room, grab a bite to eat and come back to a cold room because staff decided to come into my room and turn off the heat. Boycott this dump until they understand people will not accept this behavior or these conditions.
